The Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA) is a membership body that is dedicated to ensuring the supply chain of temporary workers in the UK is compliant and ethical. To achieve FCSA accreditation, accountants and payroll providers must undergo a series of assessments and audits, and must prove their business operates in accordance with the FCSA’s strict Codes of Compliance.
The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed (IPSE)
The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed (IPSE) is a membership body that represents to the interests of self-employed workers in the UK. The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo)
Founded in 1999, the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) is a “membership body dedicated to representing excellence in the professional recruitment industry”. With offices around the glove, APSCo work tirelessly to ensure the recruitment industry operates compliantly and candidates are given a top-quality and compliant experience.
Professional Passport is “the largest independent assessor of payment intermediary compliance”. They offer a variety of standards for a wide range of service offerings, including umbrella, professional employment, accountancy services and construction. Professional Passport offer an insurance backed accreditation.
