With the primary objective of the FCSA to “champion compliance across the sector and protect the interests of members, workers and the supply chain of the contingent workforce”, find out more about the updates here.
Chris Bryce, CEO of the FCSA, has said the following about updates to the FCSA’s Code of Compliance, announced on 1st July 2022.
“The FCSA exists to champion compliance across the sector and protect the interests of members, workers and the supply chain of the contingent workforce.
It is for that reason that we have stringent conditions that must be met by businesses aspiring towards FCSA membership and require all of our accredited members to adhere to our Codes of Compliance.
We keep these codes under continual review to ensure they remain robust and effective as the business environment we operate in continues to evolve.
Following consultation with our members, the FCSA’s board, and stakeholders across the industry, we are announcing we have updated our Codes of Compliance.
All FCSA members will need to closely adhere to these changes going forwards. It will be incumbent on them to closely review these codes in the coming months, and evidence appropriate business practices have been implemented from October onwards.
We are confident our refreshed codes will continue to act as a standard bearer for best practice across the industry, providing clarity and certainty on what constitutes compliant operations for stakeholders across the sector.”
